CF Stretching and Strengthening Exercises

In this video for CFStrong, Aisling demonstrates a range of stretching and strengthening exercises, which have been designed by physiotherapists and people with CF to increase flexibility, increase joint range of motion, reduce pain and maintain optimal lung function.
